Demonstration scope

This tool uses public imagery for visualization and basic geometry measurements. It is not a boundary survey, appraisal, engineering determination, environmental determination or regulatory review.

A public-data viewer is only the beginning.

A client version can connect the same interface to private project data, terrain, wetlands, flood data, soils, assets, inspections, reports and authenticated workflows.

Public data note: The live imagery layer is configured against USDA FPAC's public CONUS NAIP ImageServer. Search uses OpenStreetMap Nominatim. Availability and third-party service behavior can change; a production client application can proxy/cache services through Cloudflare and use contracted data sources when uptime guarantees are required.
