Identity Geospatial Solutions ("Identity," "we," "us") uses this website to explain services, operate interactive geospatial demonstrations, answer basic service questions, and receive project inquiries. We do not sell personal information and the site is not designed around advertising profiles.
Information we collect
Information you choose to provide
If you contact us, request a project review, or send an email, you may provide your name, email address, organization, project location, preferred meeting times, project description, and other information you choose to include.
Technical information
Like most hosted websites, infrastructure providers may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, requested pages and security-related logs. We do not intentionally use this information for behavioral advertising.
How we use information
Information you provide is used to respond to your request, understand project scope, arrange a call, prepare an estimate or proposed work plan, maintain appropriate business records, protect the site, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not add project-review inquiries to a marketing list unless you separately ask to receive marketing communications.
Maps and external data services
Interactive Spatial Labs may request map tiles, imagery, geocoding results or metadata from external providers such as OpenStreetMap/Nominatim and U.S. government geospatial services. When your browser requests those resources, the service provider may receive technical request data such as your IP address and requested map extent. Public-data demonstrations may change or become unavailable if an upstream service changes.
AI assistant
If the live AI assistant is enabled, prompts may be processed by Cloudflare infrastructure and Cloudflare Workers AI to generate a response. Do not enter confidential, regulated, export-controlled, personal-health, financial-account, authentication or other highly sensitive information. AI responses are informational and may be incomplete or incorrect; they do not constitute professional, legal, engineering, surveying, appraisal or environmental advice.
Retention
The website's project-intake form is designed to prepare an email in your own mail application rather than store the form submission in a website database. Once an email reaches us, normal business correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active engagement, maintain records, resolve disputes, or satisfy applicable requirements. Hosting/security providers may retain technical logs under their own policies.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask what inquiry information we hold about you, request correction or deletion where appropriate, or ask us to stop non-essential communications. Some records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business, contractual, security or legal reasons.
Security
We use HTTPS and security controls available through our hosting provider, and we intentionally minimize website-side data collection. No method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. For confidential project material, contact us first so an appropriate transfer method can be arranged.
Children
This business website is intended for professional and general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through project-intake features.
Changes to this policy
We may update this notice as the website, data sources, service providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current published version.
